A street exhibition of works in progress was presented at Mumbai’s famed Kala Ghoda gallery on Dec 20th, 2010.

Dozens of industrial barrels was trucked in from Dharavi and erected as a steel wall in the midst of Mumbai’s Art Center, Kala Ghoda. From this wall hung paintings and photos designed to connect outsiders to perspectives on slums and the identity of Dharavi.

Artefacting’s art and team engaged the general public through wide ranging discussions, and continued its mission by stimulation contemplation and inquiry through the aperture that art allows for.
